Five key principles for process design

A clear vision of the future drives development

A clear vision of the company's future is the game changer—it drives the company's development, focuses its strengths, and unleashes transformative energies. Without this focus, the result is short-term actionism and arbitrariness.

Holistic process architecture

Only well-designed processes accelerate the development of effective solutions—and their implementation. That's why we consistently think about processes from the end result in mind. Process architecture, the mix of project participants, the role of leadership, every agenda setting, or the selection of questions—every element is geared toward this goal. Each process follows the logic of proven process formulas and principles (e.g., keep the system whole, stay connected, wisdom is in the people). This creates focus, commitment, and tangible progress in the implementation of strategies and change initiatives.

Dialogues generate energy

Dialogue means acting through meaning. The concept of dialogue dates back to Aristotle and David Böhm and was further developed by William Isaacs, Peter Garret, Peter Senge (MIT), and others. Genuine dialogue is essential for learning organizations. Creative listening, exploration, and reflection give rise to constructive, robust, and sustainable solutions. New perspectives and opportunities arise from the fertile ground of dialogue. Dialogue processes are the silent levers that have a major impact on success. This is key to effective corporate development in terms of brand positioning.

Integration creates commitment

Microcosm of the company
Without integration, there is no commitment, and without commitment, there is no will to implement and change. That is why we integrate a relevant cross-section of employees and managers into the project work (hierarchy, functions, networkers, roles, etc.) so that all voices are represented. Without commitment, there is no transformation.

Collective energy for strategy and implementation
The collective is the catalyst for change. Shared attention generates energy within the company. In converge-diverge formats, we pay attention to the optimal interaction between leadership, large dialogue formats, and agile teams. The right setup in the process significantly accelerates change and implementation processes. After 25 years of management consulting, we know exactly what effect such processes have.

Methods with a focus on implementation

Without implementation, visions of the future or strategies are obsolete. Implementation is what counts. We support around 80 percent of our clients in the implementation process until the results are achieved. Tailor-made process design and powerful methods are aimed at effective implementation (e.g., action learning, feedback loops, fast prototyping, fail & learn, tracking). Visions of the future and brand strategies only have an impact if their implementation is considered from the outset—with clear process design, effective methods, and consistent support until the result is achieved.
